James Hawver founded the shop in 1981 as a design and die business. Today we serve national brands with floor displays, counter units, pole toppers, and marketing kits, all American-made in our 50,000 sq ft Rochester facility.

History

James Hawver founded Hawver Display as a display design and die shop in 1981. Today we are headquartered in Rochester, NY, a 50,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility filled with creative talent and the latest equipment. Over four decades, results have made us a recognized leader in POP, designing and building custom, award-winning retail displays for national clients.

Tim Culver

Tim leads Hawver as Owner and President, driving sales and marketing while staying hands-on with customer projects from concept through delivery. He joined as operations manager, earned promotions to general manager and vice president, and later purchased Hawver with his wife Joanne. Tim leads with urgency and care, high standards, clear communication, and room for the team to do their best work.

Joanne Culver

Joanne is Vice President of Sales and part-owner, actively pursuing new business and traveling to service accounts nationwide. After a career in advertising, she joined Hawver 32 years ago and loves the creativity of each new project, watching the company vision come to life in practical, sellable displays. Clients appreciate her direct style, genuine follow-through, and the energy she brings to every relationship.
