How to Send Files Via FTP

(File Transfer Protocol)

You will need FTP software like Transmit (Mac) or CuteFTP (PC) to upload to an FTP site.

Please Contact your Hawver Representative for a USER NAME and PASSWORD

You can point your FTP client software to ftp.hawver.com

FTP Instructions After logging in:

    •    Please send your files in a labeled folder in a compressed format (like zip or stuffit).

    •    Upload your files into this folder.

    •    Email or call your Hawver representative once the upload is complete so we can get your files.

PLEASE NOTE: E-mailing files is not a reliable method of transferring files as they may become corrupt and often never reach their destination due to file size limits set by servers.

DO NOT EMAIL ANY FILES OVER 2MB
